1st Grade
I was born in California and raised in Colorado. I received my Bachelor of Science in
Nursing and Master of Science in Health Services Administration at Regis University.
After working at Children’s Hospital and staying at home with my son for a few years, I
decided to follow my dream of becoming a teacher. I received my Master of Arts in
Teaching Elementary Education from Western Governors University. I completed my
student teaching here at St. Mary’s in first grade, taught Kindergarten for two years, and
now I get to teach first grade. My son is in third grade at St. Mary’ s and my daughter is
in her senior year at East High School. I enjoy reading, running, traveling, and spending
time with my family.
